By signing up or placing an order on BoostingPlug, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted all the terms outlined here. Failure to read these terms does not exempt you from responsibility.

2. Modifications to Terms

BoostingPlug reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notification. It’s your duty to review them periodically to stay updated.

3. Platform Policy Compliance

You agree to operate within the guidelines of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others when using our services.

4. Price Adjustments

Prices for services may be revised at any time. Regardless of price changes, refund and payment policies will still apply.

5. Delivery Timeframes

While we aim for timely delivery, no guarantee is made for exact times. We are not liable for orders still processing and will not issue refunds for delays.

6. Order Adjustments

If necessary, BoostingPlug may slightly adjust the service type to ensure your order is fulfilled properly.

Refund & Refill Policy

Refunds or refills will not be issued under the following conditions:

1. You select a service marked as “non-drop guaranteed” or "no refill."

2. An incorrect URL is submitted with your order.

Example: Submitting a profile link for a post-based service.

3. Instagram "Review" is not disabled when purchasing followers.

4. You ignore specific instructions in a service description.

5. The service status is "In Progress."

6. You place multiple overlapping orders for the same link.

Refunds or refills may be granted if:

1. Our suggested service doesn’t perform as described.

2. A high-speed service (10K/day to 100K/day) delays beyond 48 hours and isn’t sped up within 5 hours after a request.

3. An order is marked “Completed” but shows zero results. (Drops without a refill option don’t qualify.)

4. Any valid refund is issued as platform balance only—we do not offer external withdrawals.

BoostingPlug bears no responsibility for any negative outcomes or damages resulting from the use of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

We are not accountable for any actions taken against your social media accounts including bans, restrictions, or content removals by Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, or others. (Rarely Happens)

2. Engagement Disclaimer

Purchased followers may not always interact with your content. We guarantee delivery only, not interaction.

3. Quality Assurance

While we aim to deliver accounts with bios, photos, and posts, this cannot be guaranteed for all services.

4. Prohibited Content

Orders involving explicit, illegal, or socially harmful content may be canceled without warning.

5. Account Visibility

Make sure your account is set to public before placing an order. Private profiles are ineligible for refunds.
